CoastalPro has come to an end. Over two years the project has delivered the CoastalPro ACADEMY and the gamified QUEST platform, trained and engaged 700+ participants across four cohorts, and built partnership, on-the-job training and train-the-trainer schemes — with more than 10 VET and academic institutions adopting CoastalPro in their syllabus from 2026–27.
All of our public deliverables are now available on the redesigned website. The site has been reorganised around four result areas, each with its own page: the ACADEMY and QUEST platform, the Community and its affiliation programme, the CoastalPro Partnership Program, and the Policy Framework including the joint “Blue Skills to Blue Careers” policy paper and the CoastTourComp competence framework.
What is new: a cleaner, faster home page that links each project result directly to its deliverable page; a redesigned Deliverables hub with four cards and a full, searchable list of every public document uploaded to our database; a news section rebuilt as an editorial feed; and direct access to the CoastalPro Venture Portal and the gamified QUEST platform from the menu.
The website, the QUEST platform and the Venture Portal remain live beyond the funding period as part of the project’s legacy plan. We thank every participant, partner, trainer and supporter who made CoastalPro possible.
